At Loiter, we want you to be fully satisfied with your streetwear; if your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags still attached.

Pack Your Items
Securely place your items in the original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure faster processing.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is confirmed via email.
